This past September, Polypak Packaging launched an innovative new line of general-purpose bags. Marketed under the name “Mighty Lite Mailer,” these products have a stronger construction that makes them far more resilient.
The e-commerce market and retailers who focus primarily on the internet have increased the demand for wholesale bags that are more rigorous. In response, PolyPak developed Mighty Lite Mailer products, which are now considered an outstanding solution. Of course, other company products, including Poly Mailers like Duralites, Prolites, and RePak’s, remain excellent options.
Design and Development of Mighty Lite Mailer
To design and develop Mighty Lite products, experts with Polypak Packaging spent months conducting internal research. Then, to guarantee that consumers’ requirements would be met, independent testing was performed against a thicker product. The result was mailers that actually exceeded company expectations.
Today, this resilient line of products is available to consumers. These mailers boast 6.1% greater tear strength, 4.4% greater resistance to punctures, and a higher gloss factor so printed graphics are more vibrant and visible.
There are several challenges associated with logistics. Meeting each one head on, PolyPak came up with a unique concept. Ultimately, these general-purpose bags provide a greater yield per foot/pound of 25.3%, giving customers stronger and more durable products. In addition, because Mighty Lite products are environmentally friendly, less debris ends up in landfills.
Rather than create products limited to a certain group of online retailers, the Mighty Lite brand serves all retailers.
