For the industrial packaging sector, we produce custom poly bags for various applications, including ice melt bags, promotional bags, insulation bags, etc. A product you can trust, our PolyPak specialty bags and films are produced using a co-extrusion process that allows us to develop the perfect material recipe for your specific needs. These products can all be printed on one or both sides and wrap around printing is available as well.
• Ice Melt Bags and Film – For very low-temperature applications, we produce bags for automatic packing machines and roll stock for horizontal packaging machines. These products have great seal ability and seal strength. We design these custom poly bags to palletize well and endure even the harshest outdoor environments.
• Insulation Bags and Film – For the baling of loose or compressed materials. Our film has a unique low creep quality so the package remains square for better looks and easier stacking. Its outer low slip surface is great for palletizing and shipping while it’s special inside surface allows for easy opening and superior seal ability.
• Promotional Bags– For use as marketing material and brand promotion we can print your bag up to 10 colors on one or both sides. We can wrap round the graphics from front to back or flood coat. PolyPAK can also put handles or place gussets in bags to get the perfect fit for your product.
